Remote Support

What Is Remote Support?

A computer technician takes control of your computer and accesses it remotely using LogMeIn Rescue, which is a secure website using 256-bit encryption.

Rates for Remote Support

Using remote support will save you money. The charge for remote support is 1/2 of the on-site hourly rate. See our rates. *Note: There is a 1 hour minimum charge. Fee will be due upon completion of remote session using the Pay Now button at the bottom of the page.

To Get Started

  • Fill out the form below.
  • Hit submit.
  • Click run.
  • Click run again.
  • Now you are connected to the LogMeIn Gateway.
  • Wait for a technician to initiate desktop control.
  • When prompted click ok.
  • Technician will then ask you questions via chat.
  • Once remote session is complete, use Pay Now button to pay fee.
